I think it's amazing that she lived! The sheer will of that baby just makes me cry. There are so many that need us. I would love to keep a foster baby I have right now ( Bindy) but I already have 3 and it would stretch my budget if anything medically went wrong with her.
If you have the time and $$ go for it. What's one more to love~
