atleast that's what's standard. There are certains vaccinations the get before they you can take em home and I agree with the seriousness of Hypogylcemia and being overwhelmed with stress because they're sooo young and small.
In fact there are laws in many areas preventing sales of such puppies before theyre 12 weeks.
