It does kind of feel like a burning sensation. But you get used to it and are able to anticipate it and block it out kind of!

it will burn for a week maybe a little less maybe a little more

a tattoo is equivalent to a seond degree burn according to our blood borne pathogen teacher.

but keep it clean and keep it lightly wet with what your artist recommended

we recommend a&d ointment but some prefer neosporin and you can also if you want to pay you can ge like tattoo goo or sea salt etc like little brands that say they help heal faster, i used a&d never a prob

dont use vasoline, or petro jelly, it doesn not allow your tat to beathe and you will get a nice filmy like pussy substance on the top of your tat and it will not heal properly, we recommend cleaning it with mild soap and then patting dry and then using a light layer of a&d or neosporin, and then letting as much air as possible get to it to help dry it and heal,

and do not pick or scrathc when yout top layer peels and beins to heal, you will pick off the ink and heal scarred, if it itches pat it and leave it alone, dont scratch,
any questions just pm me or alot of us on here have tatts

i just have to see them get done everyday sdo im used to the whole apeech and after care instructions
