Ellie's constant barking and going crazy at the vacuum has got to stop. A citronella collar is the last resort because I will not use a shock collar. I want to know how effective they have been for those who have used them. We have tried pennies in a can (worked for a few days), pouring water on her, telling her No or Enough and saying thank you. Nothing seems to work. Please post in the forum if there is a certain brand that worked or didn't work for you. Thank You.
