Those are Puppia harnesses (tinkerbellscloset sells them) and these pics were before I got the new harnesses from chattiesmom (I highly recommend them too)
Charlie is such a pretty dog, he is so silly too. He really really wants to play with Simon but he realizes Simon's size so he's careful. Charlie will jump up and jump down and put his front legs around Simon and lay his head on Simon's body. It's the sweetest thing to see!
