That is the SW corner of our most western province in Canada.
Burnaby is about 3/4 hour from me where the Lab pup was actually taken. Surrey is about 1/2 hour from me where 3 attempts were tried. I am not surprised it failed in Surrey; Surrey is a lot street smarter than Burnaby.
