That is really nice and what an honor for your Nanny. My son got his first tatoo on the inside of his ankle, a cross with my aunt's initials after she passed and then a year later my daughter got the Chinese symbols for Love, Laugh, Live and Dance on her foot in her honor (it was a saying my aunt gave her).
