I will be 50 before too long, and have been trying to get up the nerve. Does it hurt as much as piercing ears (the high cartiladge piercing)? I have 10 piercings in each ear, so I'm not really afraid of pain. I was thinking of getting a tiny yorkie tatoo behind one of my ears
