They have Banfield Pet Hospitals at some of the Petsmarts...You sign a 1yr contract and pay an initial fee of something like $100 and then you pay around $20/month...You can bring the dog in anytime you want for free. They don't charge you the regular office visit, and if it's a puppy plan, you don't pay for any shots and if you get a certain plan, I think they include neuter/spay for free, well for the monthly fee of $20. If it's an adult plan, depending on which one you get, the booster shots are included, 2 fecal tests, heartworm test, etc. And the more expensive plans include bloodwork, urinalysis, etc.
But they do seem to charge a lot more for things that do need to be done. For example, a fecal test costs somewhere around $40 at the Banfield where I used to get my yorkie's blood tests done whereas at most vets offices, it's under $20.
The contract mainly says that you can't cancel, and even if you decide to not use their services anymore, you have to continue paying the monthly fee until the year is up.
