It is a very sad thing. Just like there are puppymills here, so are there abroad. I think this is why it is so important to educate one self when buying a pup. Maybe this is why puppymills buy from puppymills. They just think of the pups as an item to sell and make a profit on. 6 weeks old and shipping - way too young!! I bet they also loose some pups from the stress. I thought air lines had regulations as to when one can send in a pup. And I know that customs is very strict here in my town when pups come in from other countries. Looks like someone is not watching. Hmmm.

But I also know - there are reputable breeders in other countries beside America.
