I know that feeling but you just never know I bought a little girl and I wanted her to be 4lb and she is only 3 and is 7 month old. May not make it. Since then I bought another adult female and she was everything the lady said in fact she is going to have puppie the last of this July. I can hardly wait. She is only 4.8 lbs. Take him to the vet like the other person said make sure he is ok.
