I agree. That is a very dumb idea. Hopefully NY Yorkie owners will fight that one. NY is hoping, by changing the name, that more Pit Bulls will get adopted. If that happens, then there is just going to be more Pit Bull attacks. Most owners of a Pit Bull haven't got a clue how to train one. They believe that the Pit Bull gives them some kind of power image. I don't believe I have ever read of a YORKIE attack on people. Ankles, maybe !!
