ok, not really... but he's so hyper sometimes. He runs all over the place and I can't catch him. He play-barks at me. When I can catch him he play-bites the heck out of me. And then he goes on these rampages where he just runs laps around the interior of the house....Is this normal?

He's 12 weeks old and is a sweetie when he gets all this crazy energy out of his system and the running around barking thing is really quite funny, but I just wonder if this is a puppy thing....
