I made them for my pupsters. I just took a black notebook and made one myself. That's really the main reason I decided to go ahead with sending in my dogs AKC registration papers...just for their baby book. Sort of like an offical birth certificate with their names on it. I placed it on a nice heavy textured paper and then along with a baby picture.
