Just my two cents, for what it's worth....if you post information to whoever might have adopted him, I would not say he was stolen. I would say that he needs medical treatment and their contact information was lost...or some such. If he's a sweetie, they might hesitate to give him up, or maybe the reward would work...I don't know...
