We are in the middle of renovations and replaced all the flooring with hardwood and tiles in the kitchen. Much cleaner with the dog, cat and the kids. I would love to put down some area rugs but I have to wait. Lulu seems to think that they are only good for pottying on....aaah. She is doing much better now though. I think no matter how well you think you have cleaned carpeting you can never totally get the smell out. I think that they still can smell their messes.
