. I had the same accident occur with my poodle 18 years ago.
I did too. I had a new small baby we named him Vaschon. He was the velcroest dog you could ever see. The vet had put him on Phenobarb to try to calm him. I went to work leaving him in a baby net playpen. He climbed up a little and chewed thru the net and fell halfway thru. His collar caught and well, he strangled to death. My son, a middle schooler cam home and found him like that. My son is now45 and still remembers that incident.
