The plane was sooo loud and he was so tiny. I felt so sorry for him, I took him out of his carrier and shoved him inside the jacket I was wearing, and zipped it up. Otis knew I was hiding him from a scary loud airplane, and he knew to be still and quiet.
I still remember him looking up at me, zipped up inside my jacket, with his chin on my chest. He didn't take his eyes off me one time the entire 55 minute filght. It was a real bonding moment. |
That is sooo sweet! I bet that was your bonding moment! From then on, he knew that you were going to be the person to protect him forever! That is a great story!
