DanniBelle, Thank you for the update. I am so very glad that Chico had a good night -- and No, DanniBelle, I am not sad-i do miss him, terribly, there is a 3 lb. 14 ounce empty place in my heart, but how can I be sad when my baby has the best possible home I could ever hope for him to have?
Guys I have to add my side of the story:
DanniBelle has been incredible from the first time I pm'd her about her Chico. Chico was such a good boy on the ride to Montgomery (in my new Mini Cooper
). I was almost an hour late arriving at our rendezvous and she was so very patient. There was a ton of construction and a detour which left me lost
. But when I saw DanniBelle's face and the smiles on her two beautiful daughters, I KNEW that Chico had finally found his forever family. I am so happy that we were able to meet -- they are such a lovely family. And to top it all off, I will get to watch little Chico grow up! Isn't that the greatest?
Have a safe drive home tomorrow......
