Thank you for the replies. You were right about making a reservation for Cyrano. I became concerned because I spoke with a customer service rep. with AA. He stated the weather regulations. I'm guessing he misunderstood me that I wanted Cyrano to ride WITH me, not as cargo.
I ended up making a reservation to fly out on Delta Airlines. Its $50 each way for Cyrano to ride. I made a reservation for Cyrano as well. He WILL be going with me. Yeeeah!
