Good morning everyone and thread.

I slept pretty good, except Lily cried out at 3:30 am so I got up with her and it took about 30 minutes to calm her down...then she snuggled with Mama to nurse some.

The officer came out again this morning and told me he wrote it up as a harrassment charge and he has already talked to the prosecuting attorney. they are pressing charges against the neighbor and the officer said the judge may very well order that someone find and flag the line (meaning a surveyor) but the neighbor is definitely facing the harrassment charges.

It just really sucks because if my husband isn't home, I won't go outside with my kids. I make them stay in until daddy gets home. I hate that I feel uncomfortable in my own yard!!
