Joy (blondigirl83) has just gotten in touch with me . . . and told me of the devastating news that her father was in a horrible car accident last week resulting in breaking all of his ribs on the right side of his body, his left hip and had severe brain damage. They induced him last Wednesday hoping it would slow the trauma to his brain. Because blood was rushing to his brain they needed to operate in hopes to stop it. The operation went well on Saturday night, however shortly after the operation a blood clot hit his lungs and he died instantly. She was at his bedside sleeping when it all happened.

Please pray for her as she is feeling so overwhelmingly depressed. To lose a father so untimely and unexpected is just too much, especially since she has just lost her loving Nana not too long ago.
