Hmmm....we're not exactly LOCAL...they're up in N. CA (but my mom lives up there
) and we're in S. CA....gosh, I hate the thought of her going to a home and then being returned
, although I guess it's good that they'd at least take her back if it didn't work out. I just never consider that option; all the animals I get, there's no way I'd take them back....well, maybe I've just been lucky so far, LOL. I suppose if it fought with Max, it would be different. With birds, you just keep them in separate cages and dont' let them play with each other unsupervised....can't exactly do that with dogs. I've emailed them though, so we'll see. My dh would have a stroke if he knew I was doing this, LOL.
