Morgan is the same way. When she was getting dry food i didn't refill her bowl every day. I'd give her 1/4 to 1/2 a cup when i would fill it and it would take her a day or two to finish it.
If the food is there and available i wouldn't worry about her eating enough. She's pacing herself and its not like she'll starve because she has no food. Food is there and if she wants to eat it she can.
Morgan would also love nothing more then to consume lots and lots of wet food but that was only a treat once or twice a week.
