Many years ago, people did the same to me. They would ask me what was wrong. What was right was that I was busy doing my job on the stack of files on my desk. I used to close my office door so that I could concentrate and not be distracted by the chattering in the office but they could see me through the ceiling to floor glass panel on the side of my door.
Oh well . . . I earned my paycheck and did my job well! No one ever had to second guess my work and it was always correct! When you're handling multi-million dollar accounts, there is no room for error.
Don't let them get you down. Office politics suck!
