I never knew that Yorkies could be so difficult about taking meds. For Ellile' heartworm pill we just put it in her throat and it goes right down. We never had to put it in food. When she gets antibiotics we giet liquid. One holds her and her mouth open while the other squirts it in. I think she likes the bubble gum flavor.
