A word of advice...I wouldn't purchase from someone that advertises using words like teacup, micro-teacup, anything with the words teacup or rare.

Don't purchase from someone that sells them at a young age.

Weights...you can triple their weight at 8 weeks or double the weight at 12 weeks to get an approximation of adult weight.

See both parents and see the environment that they are bought in.

If they have so many dogs that the dogs live in cages, run the other direction.

Find out how long a breeder has been breeding dogs.

Look at the parents...are they a nice representation of the breed?

Many questions to ask...just look through the threads here.
