 Picking up our Tampa soon, had some questions.

We're going to be picking up Tampa soon and we have a few questions.
Here's some info.
1: Tampa is a boy
2: He's about 7 weeks now "Seen here with Cynthia"
I've had various breeds in my family over the years, never a Yorkie.
At what age is it ok to take them out for a walk. "start training them to go for walks" and what type of harness do we use? One for a cat? "considering the size of him".
As you can imagine, we've read allot about this breed, but... Felt it best to ask those who have Yorkies.
We are located in Toronto, Canada.
What type of food do they like, brand's...
What type of toy's do they prefer... etc..etc..
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Again, we're looking to get your comments based on your experiences. :>
