It took me some time to get it totally figured out...
[ media=name of the video ]Youtube ID[ /media ]
There is a "space" next to the each of the brackets in the example; take those out. Then after "media=", put whatever name you want to call your video. Then after that bracket put the video id (whatever is after the equal sign in your youtube link) in the middle, which in this case is x88rktLbU6I(again take out any spaces).
