They are not "rare" around here, but they are unusual.
Mugzy always gets LOADS of attention when we're out. I think it's cause he's so cute, but it could be his little outfits or his traveling bag. He loves the attention, but he doesn't particularly like to be held or touched by other people. I don't take him out for walks unless my husband is with me because we live in town and there are plenty of loose dogs, or dogs that are not properly restrained by their owners. I'm afraid he'll get attacked.
