If its yellow its bile. If my Timmy goes on an empty stomach for more than 7 hours he throws up bile. Everynight I make sure he eats something before he goes to be. ..... Even if its just a treat. This past weekend he threw up bile and that was because he was on a empty stomach. I leave their food out but if I'm not on him he's worried about playing instead of eating.
