For Sadies first 4th of July I took her with us to the fireworks. She was absolutely TERRIFIED! I felt so bad for my poor little girl..Nothing I did comforted her. She tried to crawl up over my shoulder to get away from the noise...I think if she could have crawled into my body she would have...She is not afraid of any loud noises. We have a shooting range behind our house so she hears guns firing all the time and it doesn't bother her at all...Thunder...not a problem but the fireworks sent her into a panic..I will NEVER take her with us again.
