We have been taken by a vet before...if you think something is off you could always go and get a second opinion. I think they want to make sure something isn't stuck in there that could cause big problems..that many xrays seems WAY too high. If I was to call my reg vet right now they would say to give boiled rice and hamburger. Perhaps they are extra careful because she is so small? You DONT want her to get dehydrated...pinch the back of her neck lightly..if it stays up in the pinch mark she is dehydrated - you want it to snap back. I would give lots of fluids! The price they gave was WAY too high ..if it was me I would call around for a second opinion!! Vets do stick together if they are in the same office...
