I started training Maggie at 8wks. to sit and down. Only took a few tries using small pieces of cheese as treats. She is now 4 months old and sits, and down----with only hand commands, no verbal except praise. We are working on "Stay". She gets in the down position, and I can go to the next room for about 5 minutes. So far, so good.
