Just as Kimberly stated so well this morning . . . people must be responsible to own a toy breed dog. I think responsible breeders are a valuable entity -- at least they interview the potential owner and can decide whether the person is reasonably responsible before handing over one of their pups to them. Some people don't deserve to own an animal -- especially a toy breed dog! |
