While I don't think it's far that she is using the one picture without permission, I don't think it's THAT bad. Maybe if you emailed them, they could explain themselves. Because they are from another country, there was some confusion with the language barrier.
I wish they were my dogs.. I would glad pay $100 and $45.. that's nothing in the art world.
