Shame on that vet!!!My vet would of waited for he is a firm believer in them whelping naturaly and trying all possible before a section.
He was way to hasty in his decision.I would find another vet. she will not be able to whelp the pups now she will have to under go another section and I would not feel comfortable with that vet doing it again.The poor mama she is going to be put through the ringer.
If there was no hair on that pup she has a bit of time yet to go.
