Of the six immediate apartments by me, there is a Yorkie upstairs  , a Schnauzer down the hall, a Jackrat (I think, only caught a glimpse) directly across the hall, and a green parrot downstairs. And I've seen four other dogs so far in the building across from me. During the day I see so many pet owners out walking their dogs, and there are at least 4 cats roaming around here, too. Everyone just smiles and waves as they walk by. I love it!  |
That must be such a lovely feeling to have found that place!
You'd think that pet/compounds would catch on.
They have all sorts of communities that cater to---seniors, boaters, sporty families, green concerns---why not responsible pet owners?
Where they are welcome in all common areas------oh, wouldn't that be lovely on vacation too?
