Ah... he's a cutie.
I know the Humane League here where I live, the little dogs always get adopted lst, so maybe you could call them in the morning and see if he's still there. That way you won't be disappointed if you get there and he's allready adopted. I don't understand and never will how anyone can give up a dog that age.
