You can try adding a supplement to his food that contains omega fatty acids. Alot of people here, including me, give their dogs Missing Link with their food. I have also used Solid Gold Seameal. Most people notice a huge difference in their dogs coats within a couple of weeks. Also perhaps its the food. Personally, i am not a fan of Iams/Eukanuba company.
