He played the "I've been sick and the neighbors are harrassing me" card. He has been sick and we had put him on our prayer list at church...he told the police it was a fight over pesticides...that was last year not Tuesday!

Last year he sprayed Roundup all over my garden which is on that side of the property and we have our blue heeler over there and he got sick from the spray. So we told him NOT to spray the fence (he was using round up to spray the grass under the wire). This time he was weedeating and we asked him to leave it alone and he screamed at my husband about it looking like heck. My dh told him to worry about the tall crap growing around his junk piles instead of our yard. So he got mad.

Today DH was planting a new post and the neighbors girlfriend sat on the back porch and watched our every move! We can't do ANYTHING in our own yard without being watched!! I hate it!!!

That's terrible!!! I hope the police look at things from the right perspective. They should tell HIM to stay off your property or he could be arrested for trespassing..........I suggest putting a sign up right on the property line and if he crosses it, he can be arrested. NO TRESPASSING means exactly that at least here in Florida. You can't even go to their door for any reason at all. Not put a single foot on the property. But I'd take the cops suggestion. I was typing while you were (LOL).
