My two love Royal Canin, of course when changing to ANY new food it has to be done gradually over a period of about a week with only adding a few kibbles at first and gradually increasing the ratio so as to not upset their stomach. It has been my experience that Royal Canin Yorkshire Terrier 28 is the best, and my two always have firm dark stools (unless they get into something bad
), My Gracie is a little pirate and will try to "sneak" something if she can, as always, we have to find the best food for them by trial and error.........not any one food serves all
