I would tell you be careful with Benadryl...our vet told us to give some to Magic when she got ant bites not to long ago, he said 1cc of children's dose...so we did, and she became very legaric and all she wanted to do was sleep, she quit eating, and eventually started throwing up!!! We had to take her to the emergency vet, where they said she must be allergic to Benadryl...she was but on some meds and now is fine...but I would defintely say be careful and only give a little at a time and watch them carefully!!!
