Congrats on Dash...that is a great name!!! Magic and Sailor can not wait to meet the new little guy...I am so glad that you became knowlegable before making the big decision, if we only had more people like you...
I would defintely tell you to get both...we use a harness when on walks or outside for some reason (other than pottying) as we don't want to pull on their necks...but we use collars to wear all the time, except for we are not there, that way in case they were ever to get out the door we would be able to find them!!!
