Charlie has had demodex, and he is unable to use any cortisone meds. Neosporin is the best antibiotic to keep in their first aid basket. He was bitten near his eye before he came to live with me, and finally had to put a Buster Collar on him to keep him from scratching and reopening the wound. Took a week, neosporin and cool water wash clothes to settle down the itching.
