What I find most upsetting about this is the fact that my girls have always had a clear/mucuos leak for about a week before welping. This is normal, just a sign that she would be getting close. I wonder why your vet wouldn't have known that?
And why didn't he do an x-ray or ultrasound before the section? Surely that would have given him an idea as to how far along she was with the pups?
