My ex-husb dogs did the submissive urination thing only when I came home. He would walk in the door first and let them out to potty and then I came in after they were distracted. My shih poo did it when he was younger but he has grown out of it. There are some hints you can try when you come in the door....kneel down to her when getting your "mommy's home" lovin, speak in a soft voice or not at all. (so hard NOT to talk to them when you come in) .....Or just make sure there is a rug or towel down right inside the door where she greets you.
