Neck seems okay...Chloe's 6.5" neck & there's lots of room.
Chest seems accurate...Chloe's 10" chest & it fits, it's just tight.
All of these measurements aren't listed on the PetEdge site  Only the length! The XS from the same company is HUGE on Chloe, but the XXS is a wee bit snug...I just don't get it Mizzwanned PM'd me already, but if she doesn't take it I'll let you know!
