Our Gucci does this and also if you call his name like you want him to come, instead of running away (like JoJo) he will crouch down! This just seems to be in line with his more submissive personality. He is a sweetheart and wants to please and and be obedient. I have no doubt he always received the best of care and this is just his personality.
JoJo, who seems to be the alpha dog, is not as generous in giving us his belly to rub! Although he loves affection as well, it's on his back, head, etc.
