This is what the tag says...
XXS
Length - up to 6"
Neck - 5-8"
Chest - 7-9"
HOWEVER! I don't think that's very accurate...Chloe's almost 10" long and it's not TOO short on her, so I'd say more like up to 8" in length.
Neck seems okay...Chloe's 6.5" neck & there's lots of room.
Chest seems accurate...Chloe's 10" chest & it fits, it's just tight.

Only the length! The XS from the same company is
HUGE on Chloe, but the XXS is a wee bit snug...I just don't get it
